I would recommend these to any one wanting to get into a 300B set amp ot a great price.
These may be all you want in a SET!
Audiogon
The Dared combo opened an intimate window on the recordings, following the music's emotional
ebb and flow while avoiding hyperrealistic sound. The Dareds provided an intimate portrait
of the music, as if I listened in on the recording sessions without anyone knowing. If you're
looking for a system for an office, apartment, dorm room, or bedroom, this combo may be it.

The sound is everything one expects from a 300B tube. The mid-range is spot on
for human voices and single instruments like piano or sax. The highs are very
extended and sweet. The acoustic bass instruments are accurate with clear vibrato
from the cello and double bass.

For such a fair price, one can get into the 300B SET scene, and what a scene it is. This amp is
a keeper, even if you are considering a much more expensive mode of 300B SET, you should
consider this one. With what you save, you could get extra 300B tubes, more music, speakers
that are better SET suited and the list go's on.

Έχω την εντύπωση ότι το συγκεκριμένο σετ της Dared έχει ως στόχο
μάλλον να γίνει το δεύτερο σύστημα ενός χαιφιντελά που έχει πόρωση με την 300Β.
Όμως είναι πολύ εύκολο να υποκύψεις στα θέλγητρά του, και να γίνει το κύριο σύστημα
για κάποιον που προτιμά τα πιο ευγενικά ακούσματα.
